What do most bloggers do after they create a blog?

They stop blogging.

According to several studies, 60-80% of bloggers abandon their blog within ONE month!  (found at http://www.caslon.com.au/weblogprofile1.htm).

I don’t know how old this study is, but looking around at all the skeleton blogs out there, it wouldn’t surprise me if today’s stats were still that high.

Inspirational thoughts

If you have a blog and are questioning wether or not you’ll make any money from it, don’t become the 60-80% that abandon! Keep giving it your best shot.  Successfull people everywhere constantly remind us that with enough motivation and determination, we can be successful as well.

“Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal.”
     – Henry Ford

“Would you like me to give you a formula for success? It’s quite simple, really. Double your rate of failure. You are thinking of failure as the enemy of success. But it isn’t at all. You can be discouraged by failure or you can learn from it, So go ahead and make mistakes. Make all you can. Because remember that’s where you will find success.”
Thomas J. Watson
