Wordtracker makes a great free keyword search tool that can be used to find out how many times a keyword is being searched daily.
This tool is great when you are making a Squidoo lens or website, and trying to find out what keywords would be the best to use throughout the site. You can use it to find keyword phrases that are being searched, and then see how competitive that keyword is.
To see how many possible competitors you would have, do a search in a search engine like google, and see how many relevant searches come up. If there are only a few relevant sites that come up, you may have a great keyword to use.
Once you have found a keyword that has low competition and is searched a good number of times, you can use the phrase in the title and URL of the site/lens you are making.
