I signed up for EyeEarn in January, paid the $20 for the EyeEarn sticker and package, and received the package at the end of January. I placed the sticker on my car, activated my account, and then completed the activation form that is supposed to be done at the end of every month.
Don’t know what EyeEarn is? —> Find out about EyeEarn here
Around the middle of February I received my first commission from SFI, which runs EyeEarn (as well as other programs that I’ll be talking about later).

It’s FREE to sign up and become an SFI affiliate
SFI Earnings for February
For January I earned $9.18 from the executive bonus. The “executive bonus” came from my Powerline. Everyone that joins SFI after you is automatically placed in your Powerline. So far I have 36,253 affiliates in my Powerline. I didn’t recruit these members, but the $9.18 I earned was a portion of all the sales and commissions that the affiliates in my Powerline made.
I should have earned a little more from having the EyeEarn sticker on my car, but I guess because I only just had my account activated at the end of January, that I didn’t receive a share for having the sticker on my car. I should receive a share from it this month however!
My downline is doing decent since I have only really started recruiting people just this last month (February). My “downline” contains all the people I personally referred to join SFI.
Gen 1 Affiliates: 11
Gen 2 Affiliates: 6
Gen 3 Affiliates: 1
Gen 4 Affiliates: 0
Gen 5 Affiliates: 0
Gen 6 Affiliates: 0
Gen 7 Affiliates: 0
Total for all Generations: 18
So far, no earnings have been made from my downline. You earn from your downline whenever they make a sale or when they upgrade to EA status.
As soon as you sign up for SFI, they encourage you to upgrade to EA status. EA is short for “Executive Affiliate.” When you sign up for SFI you start out with “Affiliate” status. To upgrade to EA you have to either make a couple of sales of the SFI affiliate products, or you have to buy one or a couple of SFI products. Reasons to upgrade to EA include the benefit that you earn from your Powerline (which is where the $9.18 came from), and that your earnings per sale you or someone in your downline makes is increased. You do not earn from your Powerline if you do not have EA status.
I upgraded to EA because I wanted to test it out, and see how the system works when you follow along. To upgrade to EA I bought an audio book from the SFI store that cost me around $28. All in all I lost money this first month of being involved with EyeEarn and SFI, but as soon as I build a large enough downline, and do more promoting of SFI products, I expect that to change.
Why Become an EA?
I do see value in joining the EyeEarn program and SFI, but why would someone want to upgrade to EA status when they are first starting out with it? One reason why someone may choose to upgrade to EA is if they saw a couple of products that SFI sells that they liked, or that they wanted to try out. SFI has products that they sell that are ones that you would usually find yourself buying regularly. You could easily achieve EA status by buying products from SFI that you would normally buy elsewhere. If my everyone in my downline decided to do this, I would be making a nice amount of money every month, just from them swapping a couple of products that they would by elsewhere with SFI products. This is one reason why I can see that they encourage people to become EA’s right off the back. Becoming an EA helps the system work better. Once someone becomes an EA, it also helps to encourage them to become involved in the program. That person becoming an EA will also benefit everyone above them.
